  • This week: Matt Kersh is a native Texan raised in the Hill Country. He grew up in a highly musical home and began performing in 1997 at the age of 15. An emotional and authentic performer, Matt delivers a gritty alt-folk Americana sound, simultaneously combining vocals, guitar, harmonica, whistling, and stomp box — all without looping — for a truly live, robust performance.
