This Valentine’s Day, transcend the traditional dinner date and step into the heart of Argentina. A One-night-only collaboration with ArgentumTX: an extraordinary Seven-Course Passed Wine Dinner centered around fire, flavor, and artisanal Texas wine.

Starting at 6:00 PM, our Tasting Room will transform into a vibrant Argentine social experience. Unlike a standard seated dinner, this immersive, passed-course format allows you to mingle, explore, and engage with the and fellow wine enthusiasts while savoring world-class Argentine traditions.

The Art of Argentine Fire (Asado)

ArgentumTX brings the bold traditions of the “Asado” to the Hill Country. From open-fire grilling to refined plating, this menu showcases premium cuts and iconic flavors—each meticulously paired with a Lost Oak wine selected to elevate the experience.

The Seven-Course Degustation Menu

Paso/Course 1:
Provoleta (queso provolone) con crema de higos, miel y avellanas, acompañada de verduras glaseadas

Provoleta (provolone cheese) with fig cream, honey, and hazelnuts, served with glazed vegetables.

Paso/Course 2:

Empanada de carne y empanada de estofado con chimichurri

Duo of Empanadas (Beef and Stew) served with authentic chimichurri.

Paso/Course 3:

Bruschetta de choripán con chimichurri y salsa criolla

Bruschetta with chorizo, chimichurri and creole sause

Paso/Course 4:

Picaña con ensalada de rúcula, peras caramelizadas y aceto agridulce

Picanha Steak with arugula salad, caramelized pears, and sweet-and-sour balsamic glaze.

Paso/Course 5:

Ribeye al grill con vegetales

Grilled Ribeye served with seasonal vegetables.

Paso/Course 6:

Cerdo entero asado a la cruz con puré de batatas, caramelo y crema

Whole Fire-Roasted Pork (Asado a la Cruz) with sweet potato purée, caramel, and cream.

Paso/Course 7:

Traditional Argentine Crêpe with dulce de leche, chocolate, and sweet cream ice cream.
