    You’ve been thinking about making sourdough. Now’s the time to do it. Join us on Wednesday, November 11, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM for a beginner-friendly sourdough workshop hosted by Pause & Proof. You’ll make your own sourdough from scratch, with your instructor guiding you through every step.

    A snack board will be served during class, so you can learn, nibble, and enjoy a relaxed evening out. Bring a friend, a date, or come solo and meet fellow bread lovers. Fresh homemade bread makes the perfect addition to your holiday table or a thoughtful handmade gift.

    Composer/Saxophonist Noah Peterson is a rare presence in the musical world. His unique voice is rooted in his compositions and his explorations into many genres and styles of music. His jazz repertoire of original works includes good-time, down-home blues, groovy boogaloos, haunting and lovely ballads, and up-tempo swing.
