  • Sip & Sourdough Class with Pause & Proof

    Mix, shape, and master the art of artisan bread

    Join us August 26 from 6–8 PM for a hands-on sourdough class with Pause & Proof.  Whether you've always wanted to bake real sourdough or you've tried and ended up with a brick, this class is for you. Pause & Proof brings their signature approach to slow fermentation and real ingredients straight to your table. By the end of the evening, you'll have the knowledge, the confidence, and the dough to bake a beautiful artisan loaf at home. Space is intentionally limited — Pause & Proof keeps their groups small so every attendee gets personal attention. Reserve your spot here before it sells out!

    What You'll Do

    This is a fully hands-on experience — not a demonstration. Under the expert guidance of Pause & Proof, you will:
    •Mix and develop your dough using traditional techniques and organic, non-GMO ingredients.
    •Learn stretch-and-fold techniques to build structure and develop the perfect open crumb.
    •Shape and tuck your loaf into its proofing basket, ready to bake the next morning.
    •Understand the science of fermentation — what your starter is doing, why timing matters, and how to troubleshoot at home.

    For 20 years, Lost Oak Winery has been creating memorable experiences, sharing award-winning Texas wines, and welcoming guests who have become part of our story. Join us on Saturday, September 5, 2026 from 3:00–9:00 PM as we celebrate this incredible milestone with an afternoon and evening filled with wine, music, memories, and special anniversary experiences. Enjoy live music throughout the day, complimentary winery and production tours with hay rides, exclusive barrel tastings, commemorative 20th Anniversary wine glasses, and opportunities to celebrate alongside our founders and winemakers. Leave your mark on Lost Oak's history by signing our anniversary barrel, enjoy anniversary toasts throughout the event, and help us celebrate with a special cake cutting ceremony. The evening will conclude with a sparkling anniversary toast as we raise a glass to the next 20 years!

  • Murder Mystery “A Clue-less Murder”

    The parlor. The library. The candlestick. Can you solve the murder?

    Step into Mystery Manor at Lost Oak Cellars for A Clue-less Murder, an immersive, classic whodunit from Baker Street Mystery. On Friday, September 11, from 7-9pm, our Boerne tasting room becomes the setting for an evening of secrets, scandal, and suspicious characters—all gathered to commemorate the late millionaire, Mr. Body.
    Mr. Body's final wish was simple: turn the reading of his will into a party for the people closest to him. But with an eccentric ex-wife, meddling in-laws, watchful servants, and a provocative pool boy in the room, nearly everyone has something to gain—and something to hide. It is up to you and your fellow guests to connect the clues, uncover the lies, and name the killer before time runs out.

    Every Guest Plays a Role

    This is not a show you simply watch. When you arrive, you will receive a character packet containing your backstory, secrets, relationships, and a step-by-step checklist to guide you through the evening. Mingle with the other suspects, ask the difficult questions, guard the information that matters, and work together to solve the crime. No acting experience is required—just bring your curiosity and sense of fun.

    Dress for the Occasion

    Channel your favorite classic mystery character or arrive in solid-color attire. Think grand manor drama, sharp detective style, and a touch of playful intrigue. Costumes are encouraged, but participation is entirely up to you.

    Wine, Mystery, and a Night Out in Boerne

    Your ticket includes the interactive experience and a small pour of Lost Oak white wine selected for the evening. Additional wine, food, and beverages will be available for purchase, so arrive ready to sip, socialize, and investigate in the heart of Boerne. With only 50 seats available, this intimate event is expected to fill quickly. Gather your favorite amateur detectives and reserve your place at Mystery Manor.
