1. Mourvèdre Rosé 2023
   Paired with a crisp green apple slice topped with chive & onion cream cheese, tender roasted chicken, a drizzle of balsamic glaze, and locally sourced microgreens.

2. Sangiovese 2022
   Paired with creamy pumpkin ricotta blended with garlic and sea salt, topped with fresh sage, and served with buttery crackers.

3. Crimson Oak NV
   Paired with warm toasted ciabatta layered with ripe tomato, savory prosciutto, a touch of smoky barbecue sauce, and a sprinkle of fresh rosemary.

4. Sweet Moscato 2023
   Paired with juicy pear slices dusted with cinnamon sugar, drizzled with caramel, and finished with a crunch of toffee pieces.
